Senior Superintendent - Colorado Springs

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and address challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and implement safety protocols across job sites.
• Review project plans and blueprints, providing input and adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Monitor and report project progress, addressing any delays or issues promptly.
• Supervise and mentor site teams to ensure efficient and high-quality workmanship.
• Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
