Job Description

As the Senior Superintendent, you will report into senior construction leadership and take full ownership of on-site delivery from groundbreaking through completion.

  • Lead all onsite construction activities across ground-up commercial projects
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, driving project milestones
  • Enforce safety, quality, and productivity standards across the job site
  • Run coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and trade partners
  • Oversee site logistics, workforce planning, and daily operations
  • Proactively resolve field issues and collaborate with project management teams

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Superintendent, we are seeking:

  • 8-10+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Proven experience delivering ground-up projects as a Lead Superintendent
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and site leadership capabilities
  • Background across large-scale commercial builds (mission-critical or hospitality a plus)
  • Ability to manage complex, fast-moving job sites with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a hands-on leadership style
  • Willingness to be based locally or relocate

Highly desirable:

  • Data center (mission-critical) construction experience
  • Hotel or hospitality project experience
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
