Senior Superintendent - Colorado Springs

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel.
• Review project plans and blueprints to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Inspect work progress to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
