The company is known for providing outstanding training opportunities, mentorship, career advancement pathways, and competitive employee benefitsJob DescriptionResponsibilities Include:Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through turnoverManage and direct field teams, assistant superintendents, foremen, trade partners, and subcontractorsOversee all aspects of construction, including foundations, cast-in-place concrete, structural concrete, elevated decks, slab-on-grade, and site concrete operationsDrive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved safely and efficientlyCoordinate manpower planning, sequencing, logistics, and site operationsConduct daily planning meetings and coordinate trade activitiesImplement and enforce project safety programs and OSHA compliance requirementsMonitor and maintain exceptional quality standards throughout constructionReview construction drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentsCollaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partnersIdentify and proactively resolve construction challenges before they impact schedule or budgetManage site logistics, crane operations, deliveries, equipment utilization, and material flowDevelop and execute short-term and long-term look-ahead schedulesMentor and develop assistant superintendents and emerging field leadersMaintain accurate project documentation, field reports, and progress updates.Ensure successful project closeout and turnover activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
