Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate all field operations from project mobilization through final turnover.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, driving accountability across subcontractors and project teams.
  • Ensure all work is performed in accordance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct regular subcontractor coordination meetings and manage daily site activities.
  • Identify and proactively resolve field challenges to minimize schedule and budget impacts.
  • Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and trade partners.
  • Mentor and develop Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, and field staff while helping build the next generation of leaders within the organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of construction experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale ground-up and/or complex renovation projects.
  • Background within one or more sectors such as healthcare, higher education, federal, municipal, hospitality, or industrial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and construction safety.
  • Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and maintain project momentum in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative but results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools.
  • Stable career history demonstrating progression into increasingly senior field leadership roles.
