Job Description

  • Lead all on-site building and construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain project quality standards and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications.
  • Develop and manage short-term schedules, proactively identifying and resolving jobsite challenges.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings, enforce company safety standards, and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Collaborate with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop field staff while fostering a productive, team-oriented jobsite environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent - Commercial should have:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate complex field operations.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control.
  • Experience leading projects from groundbreaking through closeout.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to build strong relationships on-site.
  • Proficiency with construction technology and project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
