Seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up multifamily projects from footers through CO. You will own day-to-day site execution, drive schedules, and manage subcontractors across multiple active communities.

Job Description

  • Lead full project life cycle from site work to certificate of occupancy
  • Build and manage schedules; track progress, budgets, and milestones
  • Oversee subcontractors; enforce safety, quality, and delivery standards
  • Manage assistant superintendents (framing and punch phases)
  • Maintain daily logs, reports, and compliance documentation

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years experience in multifamily or commercial construction
  • Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end independently
  • Knowledge of fire suppression systems and inspections
  • Strong communicator; holds subs accountable without conflict
  • Detail-oriented with consistent documentation and stable tenure
