Senior Superintendent - Ground-Up Commercial

• Lead all on-site construction activities for large projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project costs
• Enforce quality control, safety, and compliance standards
• Resolve field issues and maintain accurate project documentation
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers
