Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through turnover
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and project logistics
  • Maintain project safety, quality control, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with project management teams to drive schedule and budget objectives
  • Provide regular reporting and communication to clients and internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
  • Proven background delivering ground-up commercial construction projects
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management abilities
  • Experience managing project schedules, safety programs, and quality control initiatives
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
