Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
  • Monitor project schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee material procurement and delivery to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams and subcontractors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
  • Resolve on-site issues and implement solutions to keep the project on track.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with ground-up construction projects, including residential, commercial, or industrial buildings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee on-site activities.
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Proven ability to manage project schedules and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to address on-site challenges.
