Job Description

  • Lead all field operations for a large-scale ground-up multifamily development
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure project success
  • Maintain project schedules while driving quality and safety performance
  • Coordinate with project management teams, ownership, and consultants
  • Oversee construction from site activities through project completion

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
  • Strong block construction experience required
  • Multifamily experience preferred but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and maintain project schedules
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
