Their portfolio includes acute care facilities, medical office buildings, ambulatory care centers, renovations in occupied environments, and large-scale healthcare campus expansions.Job DescriptionOur Senior Superintendent will be responsible for:Lead all field operations on HCAI/OSHPD-regulated healthcare construction projects.Manage ground-up hospital construction, major renovations, and occupied healthcare facility upgrades.Coordinate directly with HCAI inspectors, hospital facilities personnel, project managers, architects, engineers, and ownership teams.Develop and drive detailed construction schedules and phasing plans.Manage project logistics in highly active healthcare environments.Lead and coordinate subcontractors across multiple trades and disciplines.Ensure compliance with HCAI requirements, infection control protocols, and healthcare construction standards.Maintain the highest standards of jobsite safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.Conduct regular project meetings and oversee daily field reporting.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
