Job Description

* Lead field operations for large-scale healthcare, hospital, and life sciences construction projects exceeding $50M

* Manage field staff, subcontractors, safety, quality, and project execution from start to finish

* Partner with Project Managers to develop and maintain detailed project schedules

* Facilitate OAC meetings and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners

* Mentor project teams and contribute to operational excellence across major projects

The Successful Applicant

* 10+ years of construction field leadership experience

* Experience leading healthcare, hospital, laboratory, or life sciences projects

* Proven track record managing projects valued at $50M+

* Strong scheduling expertise and ability to drive complex project execution

* Stable career history with at least 3+ years at recent employers
