Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for healthcare interior projects ($4M-$6M range)
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations to ensure project success
  • Interpret and execute plans, specifications, and technical documents accurately
  • Maintain strict compliance with CleanAir and infection control requirements (ICRA protocols where applicable)
  • Coordinate work in active hospital and medical office environments with minimal disruption
  • Ensure safety standards are upheld at all times, including OSHA compliance
  • Track progress using digital tools (iPad, time tracking apps, Raken reporting)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare staff, and stakeholders
  • Oversee project quality, schedule adherence, and budget alignment
  • Maintain detailed daily reports and communicate progress to leadership

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on healthcare projects
  • Proven experience working in active healthcare environments (hospitals or occupied MOBs strongly preferred)
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • ICRA training is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to lead subcontractors and manage multiple trades simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal skills-professional, client-facing, and relationship-driven
  • Comfortable using technology for reporting and project tracking
  • Clean background and ability to pass drug screening
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to work off-hours or overnight shifts as projects require
