Senior Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects, ensuring timely and quality completion.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain productivity and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address challenges and implement solutions.
• Review project plans, specifications, and schedules to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for senior management and clients.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure project success.
