Job Description

  • Oversee daily site operations from project start through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and field teams
  • Maintain project safety, quality, and production standards
  • Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Resolve field issues and support successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects
  • Background in healthcare, higher education, K-12, or similar markets preferred
  • Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, site logistics, and project documentation
  • Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work
