Senior Superintendent - Healthcare / Municipal

• Lead all field operations on large commercial construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement and on-time delivery.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
• Promote and enforce safety standards, policies, and jobsite compliance.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and construction accuracy.
• Partner with Project Managers to address project risks, budget considerations, and schedule challenges.
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings as needed.
• Resolve field conflicts and proactively identify solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
