With a strong commitment to safety, quality, and collaboration, the organization continues to grow through long-term client partnerships and a culture that values excellence in execution.Job DescriptionLead all field operations on large commercial construction projects.Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestone achievement and on-time delivery.Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.Promote and enforce safety standards, policies, and jobsite compliance.Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality control and construction accuracy.Partner with Project Managers to address project risks, budget considerations, and schedule challenges.Manage site logistics, sequencing, and resource allocation.Facilitate owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings as needed.Resolve field conflicts and proactively identify solutions to maintain project momentum.Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff.Ensure all work is completed in accordance with plans, specifications, and applicable codes.Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
