Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end healthcare construction projects, ensuring successful delivery.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, resources, and key milestones.
  • Oversee on-site operations to ensure alignment with project plans and specifications.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • 10+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role
  • Experience delivering healthcare, laboratory, life sciences, or hospital projects
  • Proven success managing projects valued at $50M+
  • Strong scheduling, planning, and coordination skills
  • Stable employment history with 3+ years at previous employers
