They have an exciting project that they are seeking a strong Senior Superintendent for. They'll need to have strong experience in the luxury residential sector and have built ground up high rises.Job DescriptionLead all onsite construction activities for high-rise residential, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial projects.Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field personnel.Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are achieved.Enforce site safety programs and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.Monitor project quality and oversee all inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.Collaborate closely with project management teams, architects, engineers, and ownership representatives.Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and daily site planning activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
