About Our Client



Seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to lead the field operations of large-scale, high-rise multifamily developments throughout the Miami market. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Description

  • Lead all field operations for high-rise multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking through turnover.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, short-interval plans, and site logistics strategies.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and on-site personnel.
  • Drive a culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
  • Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and resolve schedule, quality, and productivity challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project milestones, risks, and progress updates.
  • Ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents, project specifications, and quality standards.
  • Oversee inspections, testing, punch-list completion, and project closeout activities.

The Successful Applicant

    • 10+ years of construction experience with at least 5 years serving as a Lead or Senior Superintendent.
    • Proven experience delivering ground-up high-rise multifamily projects exceeding 20 stories and $75M+ in value.
    • Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction, building systems, structural sequencing, and high-rise logistics.
    • Demonstrated success managing multiple subcontractor trades and large field teams.
    • Strong understanding of scheduling software and construction technology platforms.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
