This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Job DescriptionLead all field operations for high-rise multifamily construction projects from groundbreaking through turnover.Develop and manage project schedules, short-interval plans, and site logistics strategies.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and on-site personnel.Drive a culture of safety and ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.Monitor construction progress and proactively identify and resolve schedule, quality, and productivity challenges.Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Consultants.Conduct regular site meetings and communicate project milestones, risks, and progress updates.Ensure work is completed in accordance with contract documents, project specifications, and quality standards.Oversee inspections, testing, punch-list completion, and project closeout activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
