Job Description

* Lead all onsite construction activities for a 32-story luxury high-rise condominium project
* Develop and manage project schedules in partnership with the Project Manager and Project Executive
* Coordinate manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and site logistics to maintain production goals
* Identify and execute pre-mobilization activities to ensure a successful project start-up

The Successful Applicant

* 8+ years of construction industry experience with a general contractor
* Proven experience leading high-rise residential or multifamily projects
* Strong knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, manpower planning, and field operations
* Experience managing luxury condominium or multifamily tower construction projects
* Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
