Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, quality standards, and site logistics
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company best practices
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and design partners throughout delivery
  • Drive project milestones while maintaining productivity and budget expectations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Industrial Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in industrial or large commercial construction
  • Proven success delivering warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial projects
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site logistics
  • Skilled in managing multiple trades and subcontractor relationships
  • Collaborative leader who communicates clearly and leads from the front
