Job Description

  • Reporting to Senior Operations Leadership, the Senior Superintendent will manage project delivery from mobilization through completion.
    • Lead all field operations for complex projects
    • Manage project schedules, safety, quality, and productivity
    • Direct multiple subcontractors and field teams
    • Mentor Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents
    • Build strong client and stakeholder relationships
    • Drive issue resolution and operational excellence
    • Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

  • For the Senior Superintendent - Industrial & Data Center Construction we are seeking:
    • Extensive experience managing large industrial, manufacturing, automotive, or data center projects
    • Demonstrated success on projects exceeding $50M+
    • Strong leadership and team development experience
    • Expertise in scheduling, safety, and quality management
    • Excellent client-facing communication skills
    • Ability to travel regionally when required


  • AVERAGE TENURE OF 3+ YEARS FOR EACH COMPANY
