About Our Client

A top 400 ENR Firm, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead large scale ground up builds. They have a secure pipeline of work through 2027 all throughout Massachusetts.

Job Description

Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to meet project specifications and objectives.
Supervise subcontractors and construction staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction to maintain project momentum.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and regulations.
Oversee procurement and management of materials and equipment for the site.
Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and professionalism on-site.

The Successful Applicant

Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills to oversee teams and maintain project schedules.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
