Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities for a large-scale ($100M+) project
  • Manage multiple Superintendents, field staff, and subcontractors
  • Oversee scheduling, sequencing, and logistics for complex builds
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and healthcare standards
  • Coordinate joint venture operations and partner collaboration
  • Drive project milestones and maintain schedule performance
  • Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain jobsite accountability
  • Mentor field teams and support talent development

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent Large Scale Projects should have:

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Proven track record on ground-up healthcare or higher education projects (required)
  • Experience managing large-scale projects ($100M+ preferred)
  • Background with top ENR general contractors strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership skills managing large field teams
  • Experience in complex coordination and scheduling environments
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
