Job Description

  • Lead all day-to-day field operations from start-up through project completion
  • Manage project schedules, manpower planning, budgets, quality, and safety
  • Build strong relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners
  • Mentor field staff and help develop the next generation of leaders
  • Drive project success by proactively solving issues and keeping work on track

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
  • Background in K-12, industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or healthcare construction
  • Strong scheduling, planning, and subcontractor management experience
  • Natural leader who communicates well and holds teams accountable
  • Construction Management degree preferred, or equivalent field experience
