Senior Superintendent - Light Industrial - Alabama

• Lead on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on the job site.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders about project updates.
• Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation.
• Inspect work to ensure high-quality standards are met.
• Manage and enforce site logistics and construction schedules.
