Job Description

  • Lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
  • Drive schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
  • Manage quality control, safety compliance, inspections, and permitting.
  • Resolve field challenges proactively while maintaining project budgets.
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents and Field Engineers to build future leaders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:

  • Proven Superintendent experience on multifamily construction projects.
  • Strong podium and wood-frame construction expertise.
  • Track record managing projects valued between $10M-$50M.
  • Skilled in subcontractor management, scheduling, and risk mitigation.
  • Positive, proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
