Senior Superintendent -Multifamily - Nashville, TN

• Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
• Manage on-site operations, including subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address challenges and ensure project success.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on project status and progress.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
