Senior Superintendent - Multifamily

The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all field operations on large-scale ground-up multifamily construction projects. This role will serve as the on-site leader, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, within quality expectations, and in alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from site preparation through project completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with project management teams and subcontractors.
• Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with plans, specifications, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and proactively identify and address project risks.
• Drive site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety programs.
• Monitor workforce productivity and sequencing of work to maximize efficiency.
• Lead subcontractor meetings, safety meetings, and coordination meetings.
• Review construction documents and identify potential conflicts before they impact project progress.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, Engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project logistics, deliveries, manpower planning, and site operations.
• Oversee punch list activities, project closeout, and turnover procedures.
• Mentor and develop Assistant Superintendents and field staff.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence on every project.
