The Senior Superintendent will oversee site teams, subcontractors, project schedules, and quality control efforts while driving projects to completion on time and within budget.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site operations and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality.
  • Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance with regulations.
  • Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges.
  • Oversee inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly to minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports of project activities.
