Job Description

The Senior Superintendent - Public Works will:

  • Lead ground-up and TI commercial projects ranging from $10M-$100M+
  • Run full site operations, managing multi-trade scopes and sequencing
  • Drive schedule execution across complex, high-end builds
  • Oversee subcontractors, field teams, and project safety/quality
  • Coordinate directly with PMs, owners, and design teams
  • Maintain full ownership of site performance, logistics, and delivery outcomes

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent - Public Works should have:

  • 6+ years of leading commercial building and construction projects (ground-up preferred)
  • Proven track record running $10M-$100M+ projects as lead Superintendent
  • Strong leadership skills managing field teams, subs, and site logistics
  • Deep understanding of scheduling, sequencing, and milestone delivery
  • Solid knowledge of safety, QA/QC, and inspection processes
  • Ability to operate independently on complex, high-end projects
