Senior Superintendent - Real Estate Developer

• Oversee daily on-site construction operations and ensure project milestones are met.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project schedules to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to address and resolve construction challenges.
• Monitor quality control and ensure all work meets established standards.
• Facilitate regular site meetings to communicate progress and expectations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and reports.
