Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel for seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines, identifying and mitigating potential delays or risks.
  • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly adhered to on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to achieve project objectives.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders as required.
  • Foster a productive and professional work environment for all site staff.
