Senior Superintendent-Tampa-Construction

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Manage subcontractors and construction teams to ensure compliance with project plans and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Prepare and present progress reports to leadership and clients as required.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to avoid project delays or budget overruns.
