Job Description

  • Manage and oversee daily construction site operations to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve any issues or delays.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders as needed.
  • Implement and enforce construction schedules and site logistics plans.
  • Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality results for all property projects.
