Job Description

  • Strategic Field Command: Direct all phases of massive ground-up, complex projects from initial site-prep through sophisticated MEP commissioning.
  • Master Scheduling: Author and manage complex project schedules (P6/Last Planner) to ensure multi-year developments hit critical milestones without fail.
  • Specialized Healthcare Oversight: Expertly manage the high-precision requirements of healthcare builds, including ICRA protocols, medical gas systems, and sterile environments.
  • Safety Leadership: Cultivate a world-class safety culture across hundreds of onsite personnel, ensuring a zero-incident environment on high-risk job sites.
  • Subcontractor Orchestration: Leverage the firm's massive market presence to manage and motivate the region's top-tier subcontractors and vendors

The Successful Applicant

  • Industry Veteran: 7-10+ years of experience in construction, with a significant portfolio of $50M+ ground-up complex projects.
  • Executive Presence: A leader who commands respect on the job site and can effectively communicate high-level strategy to C-suite stakeholders
  • Tech Forward: Advanced proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software to maintain the digital thread of the project.
  • Rooted in Chicago and have a strong knowledge of lacal labor market
