The Senior Superintendent will provide field leadership on large-scale commercial construction projects throughout the Charlotte market and surrounding Southeast region. This role requires a seasoned construction professional capable of managing projects from groundbreaking through closeout while serving as a mentor, operational leader, and trusted advisor to company leadership.

Job Description

  • Lead all field operations for large commercial construction projects
  • Manage project schedules, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, architects, and consultants
  • Drive project execution from mobilization through final turnover
  • Mentor Assistant Superintendents and emerging field leaders
  • Develop and implement field operations best practices
  • Conduct regular jobsite planning and coordination meetings
  • Identify project risks and proactively resolve challenges
  • Support operational improvements and process development initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to leadership and project teams

The Successful Applicant

Required Experience

  • 10+ years of Superintendent experience
  • Proven track record managing commercial construction projects from start to finish
  • Experience leading large, complex projects and coordinating multiple trades



Required Background

  • Commercial construction experience required
  • Experience with ground-up construction projects
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, sequencing, safety, and quality control
