Job Description

  • Lead all on-site operations for aviation construction projects nationwide
  • Manage project schedules, safety programmes, quality control, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate with owners, consultants, project managers, and field teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations
  • Mentor site personnel and drive operational excellence across multiple project phases

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent - Traveling Aviation Construction should have:

  • Experience as a Senior Superintendent on large-scale construction projects
  • Aviation construction experience strongly preferred
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States
  • Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills
  • Stable career history with demonstrated long-term employer tenure
