Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities for a 600,000 SF warehouse and office project
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety programs, and quality standards
  • Coordinate closely with project management and client stakeholders
  • Drive schedule adherence and resolve field issues proactively
  • Oversee project execution from site mobilisation through final turnover

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Superintendent should have:

  • Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
  • Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on large industrial projects
  • Background delivering warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or similar facilities
  • Ability to manage complex field operations and multiple subcontractor teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on project sites as required
