Job Description

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations across multiple active construction sites.
  • Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, safety standards, and quality expectations.
  • Coordinate and lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to drive accountability and teamwork.
  • Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals for accuracy and alignment.
  • Facilitate site meetings, inspections, and progress updates with stakeholders.
  • Anticipate challenges and implement solutions to prevent delays or disruptions.
  • Support quality assurance, punch list completion, and project closeout processes.
  • Mentor junior field staff and Assistant Superintendents to develop leadership capabilities.
  • Maintain a professional presence with clients, design teams, and regulatory authorities.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of hands-on construction experience, including at least 5 years in a Superintendent position.
  • Ground-up commercial experience required, including experience with land development
  • Master scheduling and MEP experience preferred
  • Proven ability to oversee multiple projects at once, ideally within multifamily
  • Consistent track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Solid knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Skilled in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, along with platforms like Procore.
  • Thorough understanding of OSHA standards and safety management practices.
  • OHSA 30 cert
