Job Description

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Manage complex healthcare construction projects while maintaining active hospital operations where required.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.
  • Enforce company safety standards and maintain an exceptional safety culture.
  • Conduct daily site meetings and provide progress updates to project leadership.
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest quality standards while meeting budget and schedule objectives.
  • Mentor and develop field personnel, including Assistant Superintendents and Foremen.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience as a Superintendent on healthcare projects (hospital, medical office, surgery center, or similar healthcare facilities).
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, sequencing, and quality control.
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project momentum.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA certification preferred.
