Senior Superintendent

• Lead all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all job sites.
• Monitor project progress, addressing issues as they arise to maintain schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Maintain high standards of quality throughout the construction process.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and professionally.
