Job Description

As the Senior Superintendent, you will report to senior project leadership and oversee all field operations for a major luxury hospitality development. The Senior Superintendent will play a critical role in driving schedule performance, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination.

  • Lead all day-to-day site operations from construction through project completion.
  • Manage project schedules and coordinate work across multiple trades.
  • Drive safety, quality, and production standards across the jobsite.
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to address challenges and maintain progress.
  • Conduct regular site meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Mentor and develop field staff while maintaining a positive site culture.

The Successful Applicant

For the Senior Superintendent we are seeking:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Superintendent on large-scale commercial construction projects.
  • Strong hospitality, resort, luxury hotel, mixed-use, or complex commercial construction experience preferred.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $100 million or greater.
  • Demonstrated leadership of large field teams and trade partners.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling, safety, and quality programs.
  • Stable career history with clear progression and long-term tenure at previous employers.
  • Ability and willingness to relocate for a multi-year project assignment.
