Job Description

  • Lead and manage day-to-day field operations from mobilization through completion
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, inspections, and site logistics
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality control, and project standards
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, architects, and trade partners
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project schedules
  • Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget
  • Lead and mentor Assistant Superintendents and other field personnel
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure work is completed in accordance with contract requirements

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial construction experience, with Senior Superintendent-level leadership experience preferred
  • Proven experience managing a mixture of commercial project types
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, and quality control
  • Ability to effectively lead subcontractors and field teams
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with construction plans, specifications, and project documentation
  • OSHA 30 or equivalent safety training preferred
  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
