Job Description

* Lead field operations on large-scale aviation construction projects nationwide

* Manage project safety, quality, schedule, and subcontractor performance

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and key project stakeholders

* Support project pursuits and help develop long-term client relationships

* Travel and relocate as required to support active and upcoming projects across the U.S.

The Successful Applicant

* Extensive Superintendent experience on large commercial construction projects

* Aviation project experience on projects exceeding $100M, ideally $500M+

* Experience with airport terminals, airside work, baggage handling systems, concourse expansions, or similar infrastructure projects

* Stable employment history with strong tenure and leadership progression

* Ability and willingness to travel nationally and relocate as project needs dictate

$133,000 - $200,000+ base salary + 20% annual bonus
