The Senior Vice President of LIHTC Asset Management will oversee and manage a portfolio of affordable housing investments, in addition to a growing team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing asset performance. This role is pivotal in driving the success of the LIHTC real estate department within the financial services industry.

Job Description

  • Oversee a growing team and portfolio
  • Lead the strategic management of a portfolio of LIHTC affordable housing assets.
  • Ensure compliance with LIHTC program requirements and other regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize property performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including developers, syndicators, and investors.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio growth and operational efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to the property management team.
  • Analyze financial performance and recommend actionable solutions to meet investment goals.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external audiences.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Vice President of LIHTC Asset Management should have:

  • Extensive experience in LIHTC affordable housing asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of banking or syndication within the financial services industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of real estate assets effectively.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong financial analysis and reporting abilities.
