This role involved traveling across Alabama and Georgia, with a focus on projects near Montgomery long-term. Job Description

  • Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
  • Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
  • Predict and overcome project challenges
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers and Subcontractors
  • Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
  • Maintain OSHA requirements
  • Mentor less experienced construction professionals onsite
  • Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a ground-up project from inception to turnover
  • Technically-savvy individuals will be more successful due to the increased use of technology on jobsites
  • Must be willing to travel across AL and GA
