Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate all site operations to meet production and service goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and ensure cleanliness standards are met.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve processes and resolve operational challenges.
  • Track and report on site performance metrics to management.
  • Handle staffing needs, including scheduling and training site personnel.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to support site operations.
