Site Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

As Site Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all daily on-site construction activities
• Managing subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• Maintaining project schedules and driving progress toward milestones
• Conducting daily safety inspections and enforcing OSHA standards
• Coordinating multiple trades to ensure efficient workflow
• Reviewing construction drawings and specifications
• Monitoring quality control and workmanship standards
• Leading subcontractor meetings and field coordination efforts
• Managing site logistics, deliveries, and material storage
• Identifying and resolving field issues to minimize delays
• Maintaining project documentation, reports, and site records
• Collaborating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners
• Supporting project closeout and turnover activities
